Have they been calling you and not saying anything when you say hello?

Repeatedly calls but doesn't say anything.

No one on the phone. Possible telemarketer.

Would not answer... when they called again I let answer machine pick up and they left no message.  Tired of all these calls.

Called me before but this time they answered when they called and acted like time warner
