Who called from 7172141220

did not answer, did not leave a message. Caller ID showed location as Harrisburg, PA

Called number back just for kicks- message said it was a non-working number

Had call from 717-358-0909 on my answering machine. I immediately called it back and was told it was not a working number also. If not, how does it appear on my call log. i guess this is a new kind of scam.
