This number has been calling our home number for several weeks.  Both when we pick up or leave it for the answering machine, there is nothing but static.  These calls come through several times each week, generally between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m.

It is now 9:30 a.m., and we have recevied this call six times this morning beginning at 6:30 a.m.
