Repeat calls from this number, 717-254-8985, about once per week.  I do not answer, and the caller does not leave a message.

I get the same calls.  I also believe it's Dickinson College.

It is Dickinson College. I've asked them several times to contact the people who got scholarships. THEY are the ones who need to pay it back, not me. I paid full tuition. They STILL CALL ME!!!!

Definitely Dickinson....I just got off the phone with them. At $50,000 a year, who has an extra $35 to donate? Told them I already pay enough.
