We got a call from this number with caller ID saying "SUSQUEHANNA P R" on the evening of April 18, 2016. We didn't answer, and they left no message. They haven't called back yet. Our third party blocking service intercepts calls with caller ID numbers on their blacklist after one ring, so this number wasn't already on their radar at the time we were called.
