We got a call from this number with caller ID saying "SUSQUEHANNA P R" the morning of April 28, 2016 on our landline. I answered after two rings but said nothing, not even hello. There was only silence on the line; no one spoke, and I heard no background noise. It hung up on me after several seconds.
Our third party blocking service (rhymes with SlowNoHobo) intercepts calls with caller ID numbers on their blacklist after one ring. This call rang more than once, so this number wasn't already on their radar at the time we were called.
10 days ago we got a call from the same CID name, "SUSQUEHANNA P R," and a CID number with a different last digit, (717) 255-0773. The third party service didn't stop that one either, but that time we didn't answer the call. It wound up hanging up on our answering machine. Whitepages lists all ten 717-255-077* numbers are assigned to VoIP, mostly Level 3 Communications.

Call came in from 12/01/2016 at 7;33pm. Left call go to answering machine, NO message left caller just hung up. I Refuse to Answer calls coming in any more. Just so sick and tired of the lies, scamming [***]. I am registered on BOTH Pa's. & National Do Not Call list but it doesn't stop them at all from harassing people.
