I have been getting calls from this number as well, on my cell. When I call back, it is just a recording stating to leave your number after the tone in order to opt out of future calls. Blacklisted.

My cell no. is on the Federal Do Not Call List and I got a call from these bozos anyway.  No idea what it's about.  When you call the number, all you get is a recording telling you to leave your number to stop future calls.

I have them blacklisted and somehow they still manage to ring through. Ugh.

got a call from this phone number also, but mine listed a name,  Nikki Dickerson.
