I got a call from phone # 717-283-1639 on my cell phone which only 3 people have my cell phone #. My cell phone charges $1.00 for the first call that comes thru that day then 10 cents a minute afterwards. I received at least 1 call previously from this number and DO NOT want this number to come thru again.

I got a call from this number also. And like Mr.Hovis, I did not recognise the number and did not answer my cell phone. I too do not answer phone numbers I do not reconize. On my Droid smart phone, I use a free app called CallFilter to block this any any unwanted callers. Works great and is free for the HTC Droid smart phone. I recommened installing this app if you use the Droid smartphone. Why pay for calls you do not want, or do not like?
