Received a call from this number at the noon hour.  Call ID listed "Lancaster, PA."  Left no message.

This was the second call asking me if I want to save money on our electric bill.  I hung up.  We have a private unlisted landline and I want to know how these people get access to annoy me with these non stop calls.

It is PALMco Energy calling in Pennsylvania when you call that Number back it is No Longer in Service. & they are a HUGE SCAM
