Who called from 7172861595

Called on 7/28/2015 @ 6:56 PM. Left no message.

This number has been calling me every couple of weeks for atleast 3 months Never leaves a message.  I now have it blocked..Can't find out any information on it. Does Anyone know who it is? I'm sure some sort of Illegal Telemarketer because it shows the number instead of a name on the Caller ID

These people are scumbags - claim to be several organizations:

FOP, Fire Chiefs, Police Chiefs, Police Training, American Veterans Support Foundation etc.  They use VOIP phone numbers within the area they are calling, but are located in North Jersey.  What makes them the scumbags that they are is they keep 90%+ of anything they collect (claiming it is their expenses) and forward only a fraction of anything to the organization they claim to represent.  Also, they absolutely will not remove you from their contact list - they will continue calling using different numbers.
