The calls from this number are for magazine sales... They will say you won something etc... when any 800#'s or "sales" calls come in.. push ur phone to talk an then hang back up.. They get charged for the call then. thats why 99% usually don't leave a msg.. they get charged for  it... hope this helps someone! :)
