Call to offer low rates on electric bill.  Demanded personal account information prior to start g reason for call.   Scam!

no message left on machine

this number calls constantly,  never leaves a message on our machine,,   we do not answer any calls that we are not familiar with.   Its so annoying  and harassing!     It comes up on caller ID  as Dover, PA.     Have never heard of this city, and we do not live in PA!!!

No idea who this is. Comes up as "Dover PA".

Same old scenario.  Caller ID says "Dover PA".  I did not pick up.  Caller left no message.
