While in the car they called my cell then when I didn't pick up they called my husbands cell. I picked up and told the scammer not to call again. Then a few minutes later my father calls and says they called him!!!! I have fallen victim to this scam about 10 years ago and I have been advised that NO legal charges can be charged or settled via phone! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
I haven't bothered to call these people back. They called my cel phone looking for someone who I've never heard of. They said they are from the "arbitration dept of provisional risk services" in the "state of Harrisburg". They also have another number to call back at: 18775957083

Jamaican debt scammers. Using the CID of Provisional Risk Services. "State of Harrisburg". Right. Try to tell you they are in either Miami, or Chicago. Ignore the calls and block them.
Call from same phone number with a lady with accent told me they were coming to my place of employment and home. Called cell phone, house phone and work phone all about the same exact minute. Also said for legal help to call Provisional Risk Services (which I found out from others they don't exist). How do you stop these people?
