I called this number back to see who they were...and it's an electric supplier.  It would've been fine, except I didn't like their hook: "You've been overpaying on your PPL bill, if you switch to our supplier at a fixed rate of xx you can save on your bill!"

I already shopped and chose a supplier!  UGH, direct cold calling!
