They call but leave no message. When I answer, they say nothing

Recv'd call, left no message. I called number back and it says National Disability.

SCAM!!!! When you call them back they say you can't talk to anyone because you already did and don't qualify. Then why do they keep calling!!! 5 times back to back every day for a week now!!!!

Calls repeatedly 3x in a row no message

This number keeps calling for more that one month. No one answers when I pick up the call. Who is this? I am on National and Pennsylvania "Do Not Call" list.  Stop calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
