Same here.  Called: 10:47AM (EDT) just five minutes ago, 08-20-2016.  CID: Harrisburg, PA.  I actually answered, sometimes I say "Why not?"  Ha.  I can tell every time it's a BS call because it ALWAYS makes a click-like noise, accompanied by background static and takes at least five seconds to actually "start talking".

I said, "Hello?!"  And this idiot replied, "Hello, this is Mark Morrison."  That's all he said and I was like, "Wow, you sound like a robot, bro."  And hung up.
