I called the number (blocked my #). The person who answered said he was with the Fraternal Order of Police. He said "thank you for calling back. This call will be recorded ". I can't remember the name he used. I immediately hung up. If it is really the FOP, I think they make these calls to raise money.

Because I'm not sure about the legitimacy of the caller I consider this a scam type call.
