This numbers been callin me the past few months and i just keep ignoring the calls, never leaves a message, when i went to call back it says it was disconnected.
Name of the company is Capital Keystone. They claim to be a 3rd party collection agency but they are a fraud. All collection agencies leave a trail of contact information, even if they can't reach you, they leave a message on your voicemail stating that "This is an important business matter please call (name) at 1-800-555-1212." This company doesn't. I looked all over the internet but the only Capital Keystone I saw was in Utah. When I disputed the bill (original creditor: Bromalite) she wouldn't hear anything unless it regarded me giving authorization to charge my debit card. When I advised her that she was breaking the law because she hadn't sent me any correspondence in the mail, she hung up on me. She claims that she has been trying to get in touch with me since March, 2009. I think the Indian lady's name is "Jezree"
Fort the last week or so Ive been receiving phone calls from this number. They never leave a message and they call at least 5 times daily. On the Caller Id it reads Chambersburg PA....I wish they'd stop calling.
