Who called from 7174229591

this number appears on my caller id every day. I call it and no one is ever available. How can I stop this number from calling me and never leave a message?

Fraternal Order of Police, I assume they were calling for a donation, although I didn't give the caller the chance to give me the pitch.  Caller ID said "Carlisle PA".

I just got that call too - however, I could not understand them (it sounded like a computer) so I hung up.

Non-profits and charitable organizations are exempt under the Do Not Call.  If you want them to stop calling, you'll need to speak with the representative and tell them to put your phone number on their internal DNC list.
