I just received a call from 717-431-1365 - some woman claiming her name is Danette D-Agostino and she needs a Realtor right away. When I call back it goes right through to VM. I'm sure it's one of those GD lead generating companies who call and say they need an agent to refer all kinds of "leads" to - only to find out the "leads" are for sale and their idea of a "lead' is someone with a phone number who left a one line inquiry on Realtor.com or some other public site.
Are you a Realtor? I just got a phone msg from that same telephone number saying they are seeking a realtor in the xyz area...my guess it's a lead generating company, hoping to sell us buyer leads....Eric [email protected]
left a message seeking an active realtor (which I am), most likely some sleazoid trying to sell "leads" that are old/crap with the ever hated line "if you only convert one, then it's worth the $$$". No, it isn't worth my time chasing crap leads.
