like you i got a call from that number. when i call that number that was a lot of static on the other end. the 717 area code is located in pennsylvania. there are deffinitely a lot of scam artists out there that are trying to make a dishonest buck.
They kept calling, wouldn't leave a message. So I called back, some guy with a heavy Indian accent, said he was with some financial company that I couldn't understand the name of and my application was approved. I told him I couldn't understand him and asked him to speak English...after several times of telling him that I just hung up. Another scam artist out there.
I have been receiving calls from. 717-447-0406. No message I called the number and a man named Justin he had a heavy Indian accent he told me he was with landing services he said I had filled out an application for a pay day loan. I told him I didn't and he started arguing with me I then said well ok I don't want a loan he then asked me why I didn't want the loan he told me that he knew I needed the money. I told him I didn't want a loan and asked him not to call my cell phone again he hung up
