At my mom's who is 84 y,i, and a Mr. Matthew Davis called claiming to be from the Mega Millions 2nd chance lottery and that my mom had won $5,000,000.!  My mom doesn't remember ever playing the lottery but she is 84 years old!  I am sure it is a scam but would like to know just in case...
