I received a call from this number threatening me with arrest, law suit for unpaid account for a cash advance Said he was "Officer Michael" with United States Law and Legal - couldn't find anything about this company- This call was on my answereing machine, but I had an earlier call from him at work.  Very foreign accent hard to understand.
