When I answered no one was there

Hangs up before answering machine kicks in.  Second call in four days.  It is now blocked.

Same number keeps calling but will not leave message

Very static with call person said hello  hello the voice sounded familiar from another call from harrisburgh saying they were fraternal order and keep asking for a person who is sick SO why does this come up as Chambersburg Any Suggestions

Called on a Sunday during afternoon dinner!! Did not recognize # so I didn't answer. Hangs up when voicemail starts. Called several times this week already.
