call to from  717-500-5076 caller ID said "Pennsylvania" on Tuesday 07-18-17 at 1240 PM.

male caller with foreign accent from card member services wanted my credit card information.
took him on a wild ride of fake card information twice for a total of 11 minutes and 50 secs.
when he came back a second time from trying to verify the number and told me there was a problem,
I asked him "how many SCAMMERS do you have working there?" he got mad and hung-up.
