Make sure you're not taking the call in any way and be patient. If there's some kind of answer, the calls are bound continue until they get a live voice. They're quicker to lose interest in numbers that have nothing. It can take days, weeks, even a month before they'll give up. Let the phone ring with unknown numbers or try blocking them, maybe with a call blocker or blocking app.
