They can easily look up addresses on Google Maps Street View, so they won't be wasting their travel time going there once they see that address isn't a residence.
You all understand that these people are not actually selling security systems, right? If you say, "okay", there is no salesman that is going to come to your house to sell you something. These are Indians (from India) who want your credit card information so they can steal from you. They change the phone number every day or two and call you again. The only way I can see to stop them is for the phone companies to lock unused phone numbers so they can't be spoofed.
