Telemarketer stated having an approved loan for me that i did not apply for. Uppon asking where they got my info from they hung up on me. calling back and talking with "managment" i still got no wheres. they stated someone who had declined me credit, must of referred me to them. But they were unable to (so they say)tell me where they got the information from.

be aware of these types of callers. If you apply for loans or credit and get denied, most likely "preapproval" people will be more then happy to "give you credit", its a houx to get you to sign for money they know you can't pay back ...hense you'll ruin your credit. Also i was told each of these make "inquaries" into your credit report, and lowering your score.
