She asked for who was in charge of the electric service. I said I don't accept these type of calls. And got hung up on.
So I don't know who the company was.
It was not the person listed in the White Pages who was supposed to have or had this number.

Couldn't understand what the man was saying, there was someone else in the background also talking. Hung up on him. Tried several times to call back and it's always busy. Scam

That was your second mistake .. the first was picking up an unfamiliar number.
But don't worry, now they'll likely get back to you ;-)
