This number was used to spam me right upon fully waking. They've called on more than one occasion and I have reached only busy tones when I called them back. I believe these calls are linked to illegal electronic surveillance, and a power equation of illegal surveillance.
Waking conditions are characterized by epilepsy-like states. I am certain that from July 2007 (when my dreams were disturbed by visions of picnicking with Dick Cheyne at the US Naval Observatory, and I began hearing voices formatted on actual sounds at my new apartment (specifically, the formatted voice was based on that of my boss at the time and identified itself as an agent of the FBI, welcoming me) until Present, I have been continuously monitored and routinely seized and shot by a mechanism which uses electromagnetism to cause seizures to affect and effect human action. I call this invader of my privacy rights under state, and possibly federal law, the Ghost in the Machine (GITM). I believe the GITM is a computer program (see NSA's Echelon) that is modeled upon a human's life (peruse the Wiki entry for The Truman Show) and is manipulated by the personality of a dominatrix. The GITM misuses my tensile strength against external stimuli and doesn't allow me to fast in order to produce biological immunity, so I have concluded that the GITM is a form of a computer virus. Since I have excluded the possibility of real-time brain scans by humans who must use the potty, the GITM is obviously the intermediary here, using EM seizures to prod synchronized actions. So, these instances of spamming by this number are probably caused by the GITM monitoring me and letting others know of my imminent moves.
I have reported this number several times. Called again, this time advertising "Motor Vehicle Authority". My number is on the Do Not Call registry also... Why can't this number be deactivated?
