Claimed he was Wndows "technical support." Guy with heavy Indian accent calling himself "Steven," addressed me by my spouse's last name, not mine. Told him he was scamming and to take me off the calling list. He said "OK."
Received a telephone call from this number. Left no message, but before answering machine kicked in,
I could hear background noise about the final call before completing the annual review of our credit card.
Called my landline. Caller ID read "Pennsylvania". I know no one there, so didn't answer. I would assume it's the same old scammers, calling from a new number. A legitimate business wouldn't try to hide their identity, but would put their company name on the caller ID. Losers.
