Big pain, calls are frequent. Blocked

Caller ID said Pennsylvania.  Went to voicemail but no message left.

Poor caller has amnesia and can't remember name (ID: Unknown Name). I did not answer and no message was left. That indicates it was a scam call.

Robo started saying something about survey, Hung Up!..Will Block but they'll call from another number.

Unlike most of you, these scumbags (excellent observation, by the way), chose to annoy the [***] out of me on a weekday. I feel so left out. OK, no I don't.
