You've been scammed by Jamaican lottery/prize scammers. Anyone who cold calls you and tells you you have won a prize and then demands money upfront is a scammer. Your money is most likely lost. You should go to thepolice and make a report. The police can then notifiy the public about the scam. DO NOT PAY ANYONE ANY MONEY BY PHONE! NEVER SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE YOU DO NOT KNOW.
