Persistent hang up calls from 717 557-0739, this abusive caller/offender, must be someone up to no good as a legitimate caller will at least leave a message.
We do not answer calls from folks we do not know (i.e.Unknowns) and if it is not worth the callers time to leave a message, then they obviously know they are calling about something that is not worth my time.
