717-569-2066 was spoofed from who ever owns or owned it.
The message left was another lower your credit rate scam/spam.
Only Pennsylvania was in the ID.
Phishing spam = prank.
This was the third call within 5 days that was spoofed from a 'local' resident or business. Selling credit reduction or medical aide spam. This morning my own number was spoofed - a neighbor called me back saying they couldn't get to the phone in time and what did I want. I hadn't called!
