My grandmother got a call from this number and the heavy accented man said his name is John Cooper. She is so upset. I believe it's a scam trying to get her account numbers. He said that it was about my aunt and she was listed as the first referrence. I told her not to answer if she doesn't recognize the number. The first call was a message so I have saved and listened to it several times and can't understand most of what's said.

I feel like I have been someone's big laugh... No more a co-worker reminder me of the Federal, Debt, Collections, Practice, Act Rules...
