person called twice. I picked up the first time but the person on the other end stayed silent. called me again 2 days later. Did not pick up but left me a blank voicemail

I also get plenty of calls from this number.
It is some Vietnamese telemarketer with a recorded message.
It really pisses me off because I don't understand any of it.
