My guess is this is another one of those "lower cost" (what a joke) energy providers trying to sign up another sucker for their services, which aren't really any cheaper than PECO's. I find it infuriating that the true outcome of energy deregulation is open season on the consumer by these sharks. If this does not stop, I am going to ask my state senator to propose an "opt in" law that requires consumers to "opt in" to allow these calls.
