Received a call on my mobile phone from 717-677-8786 on 1/17/2017 at 10:46am EST. Caller ID displayed "Pennsylvania". Did not answer and no message was left.
Based on comments posted elsewhere it appears that this is yet another number being used by the "Card Services" scam. The frequency of calls I have received from numbers associated with this type of scam has been increasing recently, particularly on my mobile phone.
I have added this number to my Google Voice block list. If the caller attempts to call again they will receive the not-in-service recording.
