It came up on my caller ID as Clark resources. The call was about my insurance, coventary cares. They had a questionare for me to answer. They told me it can't be done through the mail. When she started asking personal medical info, that can be found in my file if they were really from my insurance company they would know the answers. I told them I would no longer answer questions and to leave me alone.

Woman called and asked for my daughter. When I politely asked if I could tell her who was calling I was hung up on. Attempts to call that number ended in a hang-up.
