On 2.17 at 5:45 PM, 717-715-0863 was on CID with Unavailable. I picked it up and said hello 2 x and heard a hang up. I tried to call that number and got a FAX machine sound.
Many times I after I say hello once or twice and no response, I tell them to take my number off their list before they hang up. IF it is the foreign voice telling me I have computer problems, I tell them that I now have told them more than 3x to remove my number and that I understand after 3x I can sue them. Of course, I have already made sure I have understand the name they say they are calling for and then report them to a friend who can, and will, do the reporting.
I also put them on my call blocking. This makes 2 numbers today!!
