I asked what this was regarding (like I always do) He, Dane Meadows asked for an employee and when I said they were not available. Dave asked for his CELL NUMBER. I told him I was not at liberty to give out that information.
He hung up.
Two different people just called my shop. First was a female that seemed nice but her phone kept cutting out, so I hung up.
The second call was from a very nasally man that was obnoxious and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. When I kept asking what this was regarding he finally said sorry to bother you and hung up!

they lie and they lie and they lie caller asked to be transferred to the shop or if it was a different number. i asked him who he was and his company and the purpose of his call. he said he was getting back with someone who had ordered a part he believed it was last thursdsay. i asked him who he spoke with. he said he didn't remember for the life of him. i said wow that's tough. i told him they're on a separate line so i couldn't transfer and i'm not giving out the shop number, so if he remembered the name he could call back and ask for them by name. his response was "yeah, actually...." to which he heard the click of me hanging up the phone.
