They called to tell me that they've been sending me information in the mail about the warranty on my car, and that my warranty has expired. I was transferred to another representative who proceeded to tell me again that my vehicle's warranty expired and that I didnt purchase an extended warranty on my car. When I informed them that I did indeed purchase a warranty on my car because A - I bought my car brand-new, B - my warranty is for 4 years, and C - my car is only 2 years old at this point, the representative was about to argue with me but suddenly the call got disconnected. I tried maybe 12 times to call this number back so I could give these folks a good curse-out and demand that my number be removed from their database, but nobody ever answers.
