Got a call from this number.  A woman who was apparently trying to sound like a bounty hunter or something (but sounded drunk instead), kept referring to me by my age and gender and saying there is a claim against me in my county, which is nowhere near where this number is from.  I live in a small town and if there was any kind of claim against me here, believe me I would know it and I would know who was calling.  Anecdotally at the end she said her name was Mrs. Williams and I "have been notified."
