I've had 4 phone calls from this number (and like the above, it's not even 11 a.m. here.) I received the same message, fast and automated, saying the IRS is filing a law suit against me. I can't seem to find anything else out about this phone number. It's definitely not the IRS.
This number has called me twice today, and it's only 10:45!. Both times, they left really fast talking automated message saying that I was being sued by the IRS, and I needed to call back.

Call was from an automated system that sounded fast and weird. Said the IRS is suing me, but the IRS doesn't call you. They send mail. So blocked number. SCAM.
