Craigslist scammer. It was a rental house. The lady "Mrs. Angelique" claimed to be deaf. Was living in NY, and couldn't show us the property. Also kept stating "not to contact anyone else" come to find out, the house was for sale by an actual relator! Eventually, she asked for my info, so she could send me the keys and lease, which I refused. As soon as I mentioned she was a scammer she said she would never "I'm a godly woman" and then stopped replying to my text.

thank you for this post! just received a text from this number stating she was "mrs terry", hard of hearing, and looking for a babysitter for her son with high pay. she wanted me to send over my resume and references and I thought it was a little sketchy so I looked up the number and found this so thank you!
