Who called from 7178622164

This is probably some robo call - so many numbers are dialed at one time and when the first picks up the others are disconnected.
One site I check had someone actually may have pick up stated that it may have been some kind of survey.
"Survey %3.7037 - Total 1"  I am guessing political.

Another site; the person called said the caller asked for a name and address. Not information I'll share with a survey taker. I will not do any survey via the telephone.

I didn't pick up, I don't pick up when just a city and state are left in the ID, this time from Airville, PA. No message.

Received call. Upon pickup there was no audio. The caller then disconnected. Caller ID reported as Airville, PA.

caller said, "Hi, this is Josh from customer service, Can you hear me O.K.?"  When asked where from, he started a spiel about how I was pre-selected to receive . . . I said no and hung up while he was still speaking.
