I finally got them to talk...they're from Anderson Renewal window replacement. They're trying to setup a "free home estimate" for window replacement.
If you want to have them bother you worse than a Credit Card telemarketer that just won't take the hint that you don't want to talk to them, then by all means, answer the phone.
