I suppose that might have something to do with it. I'm leaning toward the theory that this "genius" was planning on firing up this number with another well thought out scam that would have us all laughing hysterically. His crowd have already spoofed the 717 numbers. That has already given me giggles. I had mental pictures of Indians with full beards, no moustaches & the required hat impeding traffic while driving Buggies & reading the Bible at the same time.
