Who called from 7182134119

This person calls me everyday.   I do not answer it and they do not leave a message.

Received call from this number;  did not answer and caller left no message.  Called number back and phone company advises that number is no longer in service.

This person calls from NYC, and never leaves a msg.  If it is a kid, take his phone away.  If an adult, fix his phone to only call NYC numbers.  Very annoying.
